Hey There
Thank you so much for stopping in. My name is Janelle McKinney and I am the owner and designer at Deja Bloom Floral + Wedding Design. My passion has always been about art and beauty. I studied Fine Arts and received my Bachelors in Interior Design. However before that, my grandmother graced me with her knowledge about plants, flowers, bouquets and floral design. I never paid for a boutonniere or corsage for any formal high school dance. It was just my grandmother and I at the kitchen table, creating something, that would later help create a future.
What started off as something I would only do for friends and family became a passion. I was helping people with weddings several times a year in some capacity. From floral design + bouquets, to deliveries and wedding planning, heck, even some help with hair and makeup. I finally decided it was time to let this passion BLOOM into something more.
Welcome to Deja Bloom.
Not Just a Business...
I feel it is so important to know who you are working with on one of the biggest days of your life. As a single mama of two I am always on the go. My son Miles and my daughter Colette bring me so much joy + happiness. They are the reason I breath and enjoy life to the fullest.
I hope when you meet me you will find someone who truly cares about your vision and wants to create the perfect picturesque design you have in mind. And if you are someone who needs more guidance in creating that vision, know I can help you envision exactly what you want and how you want these special, beginning moments of your life to start with your partner.
I believe that your wedding will be exactly what you want, and I cannot wait to help you on this journey. I am genuinely interested in learning more about you, so don’t be afraid to share personal stories or message me with any questions you might have. Every couple has a story, and I look forward to hearing yours.
My commitment to you is to work within your budget and design the details around your wedding to help capture your personality and overall concept. Let's set up a time to meet for coffee soon.
